Fortnite on iPad Pro—with or without a controller—is a better experience than Nintendo Switch. Graphics are much better on the iPad Pro and it can run at 60FPS—the Switch only gets 30FPS.

Today’s Fortnite patch includes controller support for iOS and Android. I can now use my SteelSeries Nimbus whenever I play on iPad Pro.
The DxO One is on sale at Amazon for just $138. I’ve taken some great photos with it and highly recommend it.
Pixelmator just announced a beta of Pixelmator Pro for iPad. Can’t wait to try this later today.
@ismh any luck accessing your playlists and iTunes Match content content on the Echo? I haven’t had any trouble so wondering if there’s some teething issues. I’ve not had any trouble accessing my playlists or matched content.
Apple Music is available on Amazon Echo a few days early. I’ve just tried it and it works great, particularly with multiple Echo devices set up as multi-room speakers. “Alexa, play my work playlist everywhere”. Much cheaper than buying a couple of HomePods!
I now have a photo blog at jordanmerrick.photos and have migrated all my photo posts there. This will better serve my iPhone photography hobby and keep my blog focused on written content.
Spending the next few days testing and updating all of the shortcuts in my GitHub repository. I’m also updating my Device Screenshot shortcut to include additional devices.
The fact that the iCloud website doesn’t work properly on an iPad—and hasn’t for years—is beyond frustrating. How can Apple expect others to take the iPad seriously if their own web pages don’t work correctly?
Excited about Amazon’s announcement that Apple Music will be coming to Echo next month. I use Apple Music on my iOS devices but listen to music at home using an Echo with Amazon Music subscription. Won’t need to pay for two services any more.
